These terms cover buying from theoakgroveclub.com. Oak Grove Club is a brand of OmniChrome LLC. "We" and "us" mean OmniChrome LLC.
Orders
We ship to US addresses only, and prices are in US dollars.
Checking out sends us an offer to buy. If we can't make an item, or a price on the site was wrong, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment and tax
Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.
Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

What you'll get
The tree is embroidered by machines that are fed by hand, so small differences from piece to piece are normal. Colors can look a little different on your screen than in person.
Photos
The photos on the product cards are mockups of the actual item. The lifestyle photos of people wearing our clothes are digitally created.
Our name and logo
The Oak Grove Club name, the oak tree logo, the club seal and "You ain't got the oak on?" belong to OmniChrome LLC.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the most we're responsible for on an order is the amount you paid for it.
Louisiana law
These terms are governed by Louisiana law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
